A wine course or wine tasting is a great way to move from just talking about wine to understanding it.
We offer bespoke wine courses for organizations, companies and clubs customized to fit your preferred theme, budget and level of expertise.
Our basic wine course provides a delightful and delicious introduction to the world of wine. Five wines from different countries and different grape varieties will be tasted and evaluated over the course of approximately 90 minutes. Each course can be modified to focus solely on white or red wine, or a combination of both.

Interested in self-guided study? Liora regularly leads seminars for “A-kortet”, Aftenposten's (Norwegian newspaper) own members club. Courses range from in-depth explorations of international grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc to renowned wine regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Piedmont and Tuscany.
